It’s official! HRPA is a Great Place to Work® for the fourth consecutive year

Toronto, Ontario, May 16, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — The Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) is proud to announce that it is Great Place to Work-Certified® for the fourth consecutive year.

This prestigious award is based on employee feedback collected from Great Place to Work® (GPTW®), the global authority on workplace culture. Through an in-depth, anonymous survey conducted by HRPA employees earlier this year, GPTW® measured employee experience, company culture and leadership behaviors at HRPA.

The results confirm that HRPA has a positive employee experience. It also illustrates the Association’s ongoing commitment to putting people first and highlights its unwavering dedication to its corporate values ​​of respect, integrity, transparency, accountability and ethics.

Some of the latest measures that have been introduced, at the HRPA, following employee feedback received during the latest GPTW® Trust Index survey, have placed a clear emphasis on the health, well-being and belonging of employees. employees :

  • Provided more mental health and wellness resources
  • Establishment of workshops and a working group to meet the needs of inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility
  • Extension of the summer hours program
