GRAPHICS: Stellaris: Overlord debuts at No. 2 on Steam

The Overlord DLC for sci-fi strategy game Stellaris came in at No. 2 in the Steam Top Ten last week.

The content was rolled out on May 12 and ranked in second place. This is the sixth full expansion for Stellaris since its debut in 2016 and the 15th post-launch content. To date, the Stellaris has sold more than three million copies.

Valve’s Steam Deck hardware returns to its usual spot at the top of the charts, while Elden Ring slips from second to third place week after week.

Meanwhile, indie horror title The Forest returned to the Top Ten in fourth place last week thanks to a 70% price cut on Steam. The game was originally released in April 2018.

In fifth and sixth place are two new titles; We Were Here Forever and Songs of Conquest respectively. The former is a cooperative puzzle game from developer Mayhem, while the latter is a new Early Access strategy title published by Coffee Stain.

Valve’s Index virtual reality headset came in at seventh place, dropping one position week over week, while Monster Hunter Rise fell four spots to No. 8.

Ninth place goes to Rockstar’s Red Dead Redemption 2.
